Partnership arrangement in collaboration with Norwegian elite ensembles

As of today, four assistant positions have been established: Oslo Cathedral Choir, Forsvarets Musikk, Bergen Philharmonic Orchestra and Stavanger Symphony Orchestra

The aim is to contribute to competence development, practice and working life connections for Norwegian conductors in the establishment phase. The candidates are selected by the orchestra's own body/committee and receive a contract with the host institution for a period of normally one to two years.

The country's professional symphony orchestras, the Music of the Armed Forces and our leading choirs can apply for support for such an arrangement.
